Our doors opened in 2005 and we have not stopped working to build power in low –and moderate- neighborhoods throughout Wake County   ACORN organizes at the grassroots level.   Members and organizers are building active chapters six days a week with nightly phone banks, daily neighborhood canvassing, monthly chapter meetings, and events and actions being organized all month long.
